Buying or selling a home?

Want someone who is extremely knowledgeable to do a walk through before you buy or rent to see if any repairs are needed before you sign on that dotted line? A home review consultation can be very beneficial. I’ll review things such as the crown molding, base/trim, doors and more to see if there are any discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed. Some of these may be as simple as the crown molding not lining up correctly, trim/base boards not having nail holes filled and painted, cabinetry not aligned, grout missing in places
